The AX2000 is a compact, lab-scale vacuum mixer designed for processing small batches of battery slurries, chemicals, and compounds (up to 500ml). By operating under a strict vacuum environment, it efficiently eliminates gas bubbles and protects sensitive samples from oxidation. Its highly compact footprint makes it an ideal solution for integration into nitrogen (N2) gloveboxes.
Key Features
- Dual-Container System: Includes 150ml (Stainless Steel) and 500ml (Aluminum) containers with top-integrated mixing blades. (Custom sizes like 30ml available upon request).
- Filtered Vacuum System: Built-in single-stage pump (-0.08 to -0.09 MPa) featuring a metal filter to protect the pump from solid particles.
- Integrated Vibration Stage: 1000 Hz base plate assists in efficient de-gassing before and after mixing.
- Programmable Timer: 0 to 99 minutes adjustable mixing duration.
- N2 Glovebox Compatible: Compact design specifically for Nitrogen gloveboxes (Note: DO NOT use in Argon environments).

Operation & Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your AX2000 vacuum mixer, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Operation Limit: The mixer is not designed for continuous, long-term operation. To prevent motor overheating, the recommended maximum running time is less than 60 minutes per cycle.
Vacuum Pump Oil Level (Crucial): Operating the mixer with insufficient oil will cause severe damage to the built-in vacuum pump. Regularly inspect the oil level window located on the side of the machine.
Refilling Instructions: Ensure the oil level consistently remains above the halfway mark, indicated by the red dotted line on the viewing window. Refill with standard vacuum pump oil as necessary.
Cleaning: Always clean the mixing containers and the mixing blade thoroughly with appropriate solvents immediately after use to prevent cross-contamination and slurry hardening.
