Compact Vacuum Electrolyte Filling and Sealing Integrated Machine ZYFK-50
- ZYFK-50 is suitable for pouch cells with an electrolyte injection volume of 1–50 mL. (Changing the battery model requires only the replacement of the battery tray, making the process convenient and simple, with options for customization available.)
- With the application of vacuum injection, the tray is designed to hold 1 battery, enabling the simultaneous placement of a single battery.
- The injection accuracy is ±0.25%, and the injection volume is adjustable from 0 to 100 grams.
- Maintains vacuum pressure above -98kPa. The compact design is easy to operate and suitable for using inside a glove box.

On-site Environmental Requirements:
- Environmental Temperature: Determined by the customer's factory environment;
- Relative Humidity: Dry air to be supplied by the customer;
- Power Supply: Single-phase 220V, 50Hz, Voltage fluctuation range: +10% to -10%;
- Compressed Air: After drying, filtering, and pressure regulation: Outlet pressure must be greater than 5.0 kg/cm²;
- Vacuum Source: Vacuum pump with a flow rate of 10 liters/second, above -98 kPa, or pipeline vacuum (above -98 kPa);
- It is essential to ensure that the air in the working area is unobstructed during operation.
