Product Introduction
This apparatus is primarily intended for the Z-shaped lamination assembly of lithium cell components, such as cathodes, anodes, and separators. The process begins with manual loading, followed by automatic correction of the pole piece position and the lamination itself, ensuring both high efficiency and stacking accuracy. The fixture is adjustable to accommodate various sizes.
It is particularly advantageous for research and development as well as sample production of laminated lithium-ion batteries. The device features a compact desktop design, making it suitable for placement within a glove box. Additionally, it utilizes a single cantilever structure, with the coil separator film being automatically controlled to maintain consistent tension.
