This equipment is a 16-channel hot pressing forming machine for same-side tab batteries. It adopts a horizontal structure with one pressurised unit and eight laminated plates. Each layer processes two batteries, allowing a total capacity of 16 channels.
The machine is mainly used for hot pressing and forming flexible packaging lithium-ion batteries. It replaces traditional baking and shaping processes, helping reduce formation time, shorten production cycles, and lower labour costs.
After vacuum extraction and sealing, batteries achieve a smoother and more uniform surface appearance. The system combines forming and hot pressing in one process, and includes heating, temperature control, charging, data communication, safety protection, and smoke alarm functions.
