Carbon coated stainless steel
foil is designed for use as an aqueous battery cathode current collector. The
conductive carbon coating helps improve electrical conductivity, reduce
internal resistivity, and enhance adhesion to electrode materials. The SS316L
substrate also offers improved electrochemical corrosion resistance together
with good mechanical strength and toughness for aqueous battery applications.
