SMCD-18 Electric Cylindrical
Cell Crimping Machine is designed for laboratory battery R&D, materials
research, and pilot-scale prototyping. It provides reliable and uniform sealing
for cylindrical batteries and cylindrical capacitors, and is also suitable for
small-batch trial production thanks to its compact structure and precise
pressure control.
Its small footprint also makes it suitable for use inside
glove boxes or localized dry workstations.

The standard machine
configuration includes one 18650 cylindrical cell sealing die set designed
for a 2-step secondary sealing process, helping improve sealing
consistency and airtightness.
