Multi-Station Vacuum Filling & Degassing Machine CES-VF35A

CES-VF35A Vacuum Filling and Degassing All-in-One Machine is engineered specifically for precise electrolyte injection and static degassing processes in battery and capacitor manufacturing. The system combines liquid injection and vacuum soaking (standing) into a single, cohesive workflow, ensuring superior electrolyte absorption consistency, precise volume control, and high system reliability.

1 - Key Features

  • Dual-Function Integration: Seamlessly combines automated liquid injection and static vacuum degassing within a single machine.
  • High Precision & Repeatability: Achieves an exceptional injection accuracy of ±0.5% with excellent consistency across production runs.
  • Broad Volume Range: Supports highly adjustable dosing volumes from 0.2 mL to 3 L.
  • Chemical-Resistant Design: Critical components are constructed from high-grade Stainless Steel (SS304/SS316), and all internal fluid lines utilize premium chemical corrosion-resistant hoses.
  • Flexible Operational Environments: Compact footprint designed to fit and operate flawlessly inside a standard glove box or a dedicated dry room.
  • Advanced Automation: Equipped with a high-performance PLC and an intuitive touch-screen interface (HMI) for flexible parameter tuning and highly automated operation.

3 - Site & Environmental Requirements

  • Ambient Temperature: Operating temperature is determined by the customer’s facility/plant environment.
  • Voltage Tolerance: AC 220V, 50Hz, with allowable fluctuation range of ±10%.
  • Compressed Air Supply: Requires dried, filtered, and pressure-stabilized air with outlet pressure >4.0 kg/cm². (If installed inside a glove box, compressed gas must match the glove box inert gas environment.)
  • Vacuum Source Requirement: External vacuum pump ≥1 L/s, vacuum depth ≤ -98 kPa, or equivalent centralized vacuum system.

4 - Sequence of Operation

  1. Tray Loading: Cells are placed into the dedicated matrix tray.
  2. Vacuum & Injection Cycle: XYZ motorized axes position the vacuum filling head over each target cell. The head seals, applies localized vacuum, and dispenses programmed electrolyte volume per cell.
  3. Automated Transfer: After injection, the tray indexes automatically into the static chamber station.
  4. Static Vacuum Degassing (Standing): Chamber closes and runs a programmed vacuum holding cycle to remove micro-bubbles and improve electrolyte wetting.
  5. Unloading: Chamber is vented and the tray is released for safe extraction.
