Nickel Foam for Battery Cathode Substrate

Nickel Foam is a lightweight, highly porous nickel material widely used as a three-dimensional conductive substrate for battery electrodes. With excellent electrical conductivity, high porosity, and large surface area, it provides an efficient framework for active material loading and improves electrode performance.

This nickel foam is mainly used as a cathode substrate for nickel-based batteries, including Ni-MH batteries, Ni-Cd batteries, and other advanced energy storage applications. Standard sheets are available in various thicknesses and pore densities, with custom specifications available upon request.
